Terms and Conditions for E-School Cambodia

Welcome to E-School Cambodia! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application, courses, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

   E-School Cambodia does not limit the age of users to register for an account. Users of all ages who wish to develop or enhance their knowledge can enroll in our app, depending on whether they have a smart device such as a smartphone, tablet or computer and are connected to the internet.

3. Registration and Account Management
   • You must create an account to access certain features of our services.
   • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Course Enrollment and Payment
   • Enrollment in courses requires payment of the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   • Prices may change depending on market fluctuations, and it will be displayed to all users in each study package. So users will receive information in advance and make decisions easily.
   • Ordering E-School Cambodia courses in the ABA app, users will not receive the course directly. You will receive an eight-digit coupon code and please activate it in the E-School Cambodia app, then you will receive the course you ordered.
   • This eight-digit coupon code is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. If you do not use it within one month, the code will be considered invalid.
5. Property
   • All content, materials, and resources provided through our services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
   • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
6. Code of Conduct
   • You agree to use our services for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
   • Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior towards instructors or other students is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination
   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
   • You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in your account settings.
8. Limitation of Liability

   E-School Cambodia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Amendments

   We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through our platform.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
